"Saved me money, and a more thorough policy for my home. Lauren Long was great!!! I was forced to get new home owners insurance becauses my former insurance company no longer serviced my mortgage company. The resulting policy was more than twice what I was paying. I called Lauren Long and she was able to find me a new policy that was cheaper and had more thorough coverage. I would highly recommend"

"I worked with Lauren Long. She had amazing customer service. She was very helpful and offered me things that I didn’t know I could receive at no extra cost. "Where do I start? Terrible service. This State Farm agent is built on lies and deception. When I first got started with State Farm, it was with the different agent that ran that same office. He was great, but he retired and it went to her the new agent. I went in there a couple times telling him my rate is way too high and I’m paying almost $250 for one car. Please bring it down. They kept on giving me the excuse inflation inflation inflation. Come to find out just a month ago that they were 6 additional people on my policy who I no idea they were on there. When confronted about this situation, the explanation they gave me is because those six individuals had the same address as me which does not make. Also, when I asked the agent, hey I wanna call you after five because I work. I was told oh we close at five, but when I threaten with a bad review and going to BBB, she immediately gave me a call and stating that she was calling from her personal phone and it was after hours that’s the first thing she stated a when she called me.. she made it seem like she was doing me a favor. I listen to her about for two minutes, and I disconnected the phone. I am so happy I have switched now to Allstate. I’m only paying $150 a month with the same coverage… buyer beware do not go to this agent !!"

While it's important to acknowledge your concerns, it's also worth considering that sometimes misunderstandings can occur on both sides. The additional individuals added to the policy were household members you had indicated that lived with you. Me reaching out to you via my cellphone after hours is not something that all agents due and it was because you insisted on getting a call back on a Friday after 5:00pm. Misunderstandings do happen at times, howe ever I can assure you that I did everything on my side to help sort things out for you. It's great that you found a solution that works better for you with another carrier and hopefully, you’ll have a smoother experience moving forward. Thank you for sharing your feedback; it’s always a learning opportunity for everyone involved."

"Very unhappy with service I received from this office. Should have never switched to State Farm from American Family. The office made a big mistake, and they would not help with resolving it. Complaint filed with State Farm cooperate office and Illinois Department of Insurance. As well as taking my business elsewhere."

"I got a good offer from Allstate giving me some coverage for $87. I had the urge to take it, but Byron who works with Mizrain Yeverino's State Farm agency helped me tremendously. Not only was I able to keep my full coverage, but also got renter's insurance with them. Bryron was a great help and managed to send my bill from being close to $200 all the way down to $115. Great people, great agency, great coverage. Thanks Bryon."
