"Often, when we seek the assistance from an insurance agent, or their office, we find ourselves in very vulnerable positions... Today I called to see if I could get help with a roadside assistance claim. This was after I had already called the StateFarm customer service number, put on hold, transferred to the roadside assistance automated hotline, and was texted a link to a form that had to be filled out where I was unable to proceed because my policy number was not working. Answer from this office: either call the same number again, download the state farm app, or a local body shop to come assist me. I would be compensated for my expenses of the service. While this answer might have sufficed for many, the attitude of the person that answered the phone was unprofessional and disrespectful. Rude and uncaring. A couple of months ago, my wife also had many problems in her interactions with this office. Their untimeliness and rude customer service literally caused her license to temporarily get suspended... Consequently causing our insurance premiums to increase... without notice. This is a horrible place that gives StateFarm a bad reputation. A predatory unprofessional practice preying on the most vulnerable people of our community."
